Help for Families
Being a parent can be hard! We know that at times children and families need some extra support.
We want you to know that it is OK to ask for help.
Why might you need help?
Behaviour, anxiety, domestic abuse, school refusal, friendship concerns, financial support, mental health, online safety, housing, community issues......
How to get help
Have a conversation with Mrs Marsden or another member of school staff that you know and trust. We are here to help you get the right support. You can also get help from people you already know and tr in the community:
- Wider family or friends.
- Health Visitor, Midwife, or Doctor.
- Local community groups and charities
Getting More Specific Help
If you need support that other agencies can offer, we might suggest sharing what we've discussed with them. To do this, we work with you to complete a short and simple form called a Strengths and Needs form.
This form helps us all get a clear picture of what you and your family do well and what kind of support is needed.
We will only ever share your personal information with your full permission.
